I have had the honour of publishing three poems in Rowayat magazine, Issue #12, offering joyful and unique narratives from home that exist beyond the war-torn headlines on screens.
This poem was published in Tasbih Literary Magazine, Issue #2, under the theme ‘this dunya is a plaything’. Solace Seedling narrates a humbling moment in my parents’ garden, talking to my mother.
